Once you finish adding your experiences and skills, you will also be able to find education opportunities such as training and courses on the platform. The more skills you added to your profile, the more course recommendations will be visible to you. To see what education opportunities are available, go to the Learn Page.
Accessing the Learn Page
To access the Learn Page from the main page, click on the icon at the bottom right of your screen.
You will see your Learn Page looks like this:
Navigating the Learn Page
The Learn Page consists of two tabs and two sections.
Under the Learn skills tab, you will find recommended courses based on the skills you have and still need enhancement, your career interest, and what is in demand in the labor market. You can also browse other available courses and trainings based on career fields here.
Under the Grow career tab, you will have access to e-learning modules that you can take to boost your skills in job search and career management.
Exploring Recommended Trainings and Courses
When you have added some skills to your profile and indicate your career interest, you will receive some course and training recommendations from the application. These recommendations will appear on the top or the first section of your Learn Page.
To see the complete recommendation, click View all.
On top of each course card, you will find an information about how the course can help you in your career and why they are recommended to you, as listed below:
1. Learning a skill for a specific career
This course has been recommended to you based on your career interest. It teaches you new skills that are needed to perform well in the career you choose as your interest.
2. Boosting a skill you have
This course is recommended to you based on the skills you added to your skill profile. When you indicated how often you perform a specific skill, you might have some skills that you rarely or occasionally use. The application then recommends you the course that can enhance the specific skill.
3. Learning an in demand skills
This course is included in your recommendation because it teaches you a skill that is often asked by employers in the current labor market in your country. Taking the course may equip you with highly-demanded skills and increase your opportunity in your job search.
Exploring a Course Card
Click on the course to read more detailed information about it as shown below:
You will see that a course card contains of several sections:
1. Course name, provider, and description
In this section you will find the name of the course, the institution that provides the course and the certificate, and a short description explaining what the course is about.
2. Skills you learn in the course
Below the description box, you will find more information about the skills you may gain from taking the course. The course card informs you about the new skill you will learn from the course and your existing skills that will be boosted from taking the course.
3. Relevant career(s)
Finally, the course card also lists the careers and career fields with which the course is related. In other words, taking the course and learning the skills offered in the course may increase your chance to enter certain career and career fields.
Bookmarking Interesting Courses
As you browse through different courses and trainings, you might find some interesting courses that you want to learn more about later. For easy access, you can bookmark the courses.
Click on the icon next to the course name to bookmark it.
Now the course will appear in a new section called Saved courses on the top of your learn page.

Searching for a Specific Course
When you already have a specific course subject in mind, you can also use the search bar on the top of your Learn Page to search for a specific course.

Searching for a Course Based on Career Fields
Aside from the recommended courses, you can also find specific courses based on the career fields for which you are interested. Follow these steps to explore courses based on the career fields:
1. On the Learn Page, scroll down to the section called Browse by career fields, then click Shuffle to find the career field that you want to explore.
2. When you find it, click on the career fields which courses you want to explore.
3. Your screen will now display a list of courses in that particular career field that are available in the application's database.
4. Click on the course to read more information about it.
5. Alternatively, if you do not want to shuffle the career field one by one, you could also scroll down to the All career fields section and find the career field you want to explore.
6. Click on the career field and scroll down to Learn skills for this field section and click View all courses. You will then find the list of courses associated with the career field. Click on the course to read more about it.
