What is Your Profile Page?

The profile page is where you can enter basic information about yourself, such as your name, contact information, and the languages you speak. From the profile page, you can also add a profile picture. Finally, you can also change your application setting, ask for help when you find difficulties on the application, and provide feedback to the customer success team about the application.

Accessing Your Profile Page

You can access your profile page by clicking on the    icon at the top right corner of your screen.

Components of Your Profile Page

There are five main components on your profile page menu:

1. Personal Information and Photo

This is where you can edit your personal information that will appear on your CV and change your profile picture.

2. Career Counseling Support

In this section, you will be able to access the webchat, where you can communicate with your career counselor. There is also a section where you can schedule a counseling session with them or join various group sessions and event related to career management.

3. Account Settings

Here you can change your application's language and delete your account.

4. Help and Feedback

This is where you go to access the help center when you find difficulties in using the application. You can find some self-help resources, give us feedback about the application, and contact the customer support.

5. Privacy and Security

Here you can change your account email and password and do some additional steps to increase your account's privacy and security.
